For years I washed my hair with it daily. I only wash a couple of times a week (I only ever use Nizoral) since the pandemic, and I haven’t noticed any scalp change. One thing to note: I stopped brushing /combing my hair years ago, too. I didn’t want to loosen the dandruff. I am able to just use my fingers to “brush”.

I would not recommend using t-sal with another shampoo and alternating between the two as your hair would become dry and brittle. You can use any conditioner with t-sal, just don't apply the conditioner to your scalp. Start 2 inces down and apply conditioner to your middle and ends of your hair. Hope this helps. 🙃
