The only real difference between having "seasons" on or off is what months you can plant. Everything still takes the same time to grow as with seasons on. Some take eleven months some 9 or 10, each crop has it's own time to grow, thus you should look at the calendar, there are "cheat sheets" around telling you in a table format too

Being curious, I read through it. First thing I noticed is that in the new crop calendar, Wheat, Barley, and Canola all have to be planted in the fall now.
It grows back automatically. After harvest roll field with grass care roller to add 50% fertiliser (goes to 100% fertilised since grass is already 50% after harvest). Grass doesn’t seem to have weeds or lime need either. I think it may be a bug with weeds not growing, the grass care tool area mentions weeds on one.
